All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars
Charges for items will appear on your credit card as ‘THEBROWNFOX.CA’ (or an abbreviated form)
Product colours as displayed on our website may vary slightly from actual product colours due to differences in computer/device display technologies/settings. As wood is a natural material, please note that products made from wood may contain variations in grain/texture/pattern/color which are not considered defects.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via our website contact form. We cannot guarantee order cancellation once your order has started processing.

Processing and Shipping
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to create/process/ship your item(s).
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that estimated shipping times are calculated based on the date the package leaves our workshop.

United States
Canada Post – Expedited Parcel USA = 7-12 business days

Shipping times are not guaranteed. Certain locations may incur additional delivery time, and may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply to your order, we will contact you to receive your authorization before shipping out your order.

If your order is lost/held/damaged in transit, please contact us for assistance. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for all related reshipment costs associated with shipping the package to your corrected address.

Free shipping offers (when applicable/available) exclude remote locations

Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees.

For orders outside of Canada and the USA, please use our Contact Us form to send us a message with the name of the item you wish to purchase and your shipping address. We will send you a quote/invoice for the total cost including shipping.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not accept returns on our products and/or offer refunds. Defective products can be exchanged for the identical product, provided the exchange has been pre-authorized by us, and the exchange is requested within 7 days of you having received your order. To request a product exchange, contact us via our website contact form with your order number and the reason for needing to exchange the product. Please note that because our products are handmade, there will naturally be variations in product finish/appearance. Such variations will not be accepted as a valid reason to exchange a product. Products to be exchanged must be returned in the original packaging, include all original product parts/pieces, and be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
